Future Skills Pathways© (FSP) is a community exploring new possibilities. FSP helps create a new, better future and can drive true transformation.

What becomes possible when we come together? When we gather as a community of possibilities and not a community of problems?

There’s a scarcity of actively managed and formal connection points and processes between local businesses, schools, and students. This creates three issues:

1. Limited opportunities for students to acquire skills needed for participation in a technologically-driven world
2. Few clear pathways and options for students graduating out of full-time education into their first career
3. Missed opportunities between business owners, their challenges, the skills they need, and the potential for students to devise and implement solutions

Future Skills Pathways© fosters collaboration among those passionate about developing pathways for career seekers.

Future Skills Pathways© (FSP), Responsive Pathways Partnership ©2023, will transform how education and businesses collaborate by creating meaningful connections and establishing pathways that benefit all involved. FSP inspires and upskills students and supports local businesses to build a sustainable workforce for NSW.

By attracting local businesses that are members of Business NSW business chambers, Future Skills Pathways (FSP) creates opportunities for high school students to expand their horizons and develop their self-confidence. FSP has a mutual focus on STEM and Humanities programs to reframe the future of work for career seekers and builds a sustainable workforce for NSW.

FSP inspires and educates new entrepreneurs through mentorship and support, building a long-term sustainable resource that ensures continuity through active participation. Focusing on metropolitan and regional NSW, FSP can be tailored to specific industries or vertical markets such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, Agtech, Environmental and Sustainability, CSR, AR/VR, IoT, MedTech, SportsTech, and more.
